1.For the users, the warranty for firing system is one year.  If you are wholesale, we will make it long. We will guarantee the goods is good before you sell.

2.As long as it is not broken by purpose , we will send replacement part(like 4 cues receivers or electric board for big machine) to you with your next  order to saving the high shipping cost. But you need to send us the picture(or video) for proving the problems.
